Welcome to the home of the Setagaya International Warriors!

Warriors continue to make Football history in Japan! We are the first English speaking elementary American Football Team playing in the Japanese football league.

Setagya International Warriors American Football Team is one of a handful of teams on the Kanto Plain that play American Football. We are a year-round team accepting all English-speaking boys and girls of any nationality in grades 4-6 (ages 9-12) to play American Football. We play in the Japanese league so we divide our teams based on on the Japanese School System equivalent.

If you only speak Japanese or want to play football but have kids outside of the age ranges above, we also have some other options for you:

• For boys and girls in grades 1-3, we offer flag football on the Tornadoes (Japanese only).
• Boys and girls in grades 7-9 are welcome to join the Setagaya Blue Thunders (Japanese only).
• And we also have another team for Japanese speaking boys and girls in grades 4-6, the Setagaya Hurricanes.
